Professional and Integral Coach
Accredited member of the International Coach Federation *
Certified Professional Integral Coach **
Before becoming a coach, Jamie worked as a professional actor. He understands what it is like to follow a passion and the courage it takes to step out of your comfort zone. The skills he learnt from working on the stage still influence much of his coaching work today from presentation skills, confidence building exercises to role playing work for organisations.
Since qualifying as a Professional Coach in 2015 Jamie has been providing one to one coaching programmmes for both corporate and private clients, as well as group coaching programmes for larger organisations. He has worked with a wide range of clients, each bringing their own challenges and goals.
In all his work, Jamie is committed to understanding the clients individual needs. By asking the right questions he gets to the nub of things. He then helps his clients use their own unique skills to work through what might be holding them back.
Jamie lives in Woodbridge, Suffolk and when not coaching can be found messing around on the river with his wife and daughter. Jamie has a new addition to his family - a cat, named Declan.
