JAMIE SYMONS
Professional and Integral Coach
Accredited member of the International Coach Federation *
Certified Professional Integral Coach **
Jamie Symons is a dynamic coach whose background in acting brings authentic performance techniques to professional development. With an engaging presence and creative approach, Jamie transforms traditional training into immersive experiences that challenge participants to step outside their comfort zones. His interactive methods help leaders embody confident communication strategies rather than just understand them conceptually.
Jamie is the founder of Jamie Symons Coaching, where he has assembled a dedicated team of experts to deliver personalized coaching solutions. His offerings include one-to-one coaching programmes, dynamic Action Learning Sets, engaging role-play training scenarios, and bespoke training days—all tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Drawing from his extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients—from the NHS to leading law firms—Jamie understands that every organization faces its own set of challenges and goals. To empower his clients further, he incorporates innovative motivational maps into his coaching. These maps provide a clear visual framework that helps individuals identify their aspirations, navigate obstacles, and plot a course toward lasting success.

Jamie lives in Woodbridge, Suffolk and when not coaching can be found messing around on the river with his wife and daughter. Jamie has a new addition to his family - a cat, named Declan.
